Shipping Policy
Order processing
All on-line orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping. For domestic orders, processing time for all in stock items is 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise notified via email. Processing time for all in stock international orders is up to 5 business days. Please call with any questions.
When calculating transit time, business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday is not a regular business day.
Rick's Motorsport Electrics is not responsible for any lost packages that are not insured. UPS ONLY guarantees Red Label Next Day shipping.
International orders
International sales ship DHL, UPS Worldwide Express, or UPS Worldwide Expedited (see processing time above). The shipping fee is for transportation only. The customer is responsible for any and all customs, excise fees/taxes, and brokerage fees. Rick's Motorsport Electrics has no control over international customs fees and/or taxes.
Rick's Motorsport Electrics does not ship any retail orders to a freight forwarder.
